And not forgetting the kids, there’s plenty for them too. Entertainment, giveaways, heaps of fun (3–5 pm).
See you at Stonefields Music in the Wetlands, 3–7 pm, Sunday, 19 February 2023 at the Maungarei Springs Wetlands, Stonefields.
Getting there
Please leave the car at home if you can. Stonefields is a pedestrian-friendly suburb with very limited on-street parking so if you’re a resident, please walk to the park and encourage friends to do the same.
Public Transport. If you’re using public transport, the 747 bus has stops right outside the park. The 747 bus connects to Glen Innes and Panmure train stations (Journey Planner).
Parking. If you’re coming from outside of the suburb by car, we have arranged free parking at the Auckland Netball Centre, just a short walk from the event. Here’s a map showing you where to park and the walking route to the Wetlands park. There is also a stop for the 747 bus opposite the car park on Stonefields Ave (Stop 1886 – Morrin Road). Buses leave this stop for the Wetlands at 2:39pm, 3:09pm, 3:39pm, 4:09pm etc.
Drop-off/Pick-up point. There will be a small drop-off/pick-up point outside the park for those with mobility issues.
